If, within 30 days of purchase of any lens from our SnapLens Pro Range you are unsatisfied with the product, you are entitled to return it for a refund or replacement item. Once the returned product is received we will contact you to arrange refund or replacement.
In respect of all other items, refunds or exchanges are not accepted, unless in the case of a fault with the product, a mistake in packaging or shipping on our behalf. We make every effort to avoid these errors, but in the event that you receive an item differing to that which you ordered please email email@example.com and follow these steps to return or exchange your item/s as per the products warranty:
1. The item/s must be returned to SnapLens in its original unused condition within 30 days of purchase, you are responsible for your own shipping costs.
2. Once we have received and reviewed the faulty product and deem the product to have a genuine fault we will contact you to confirm refund or replacement.
